I have a 21 year old propane heater that had pilot light issues. By shear luck I came across his website and contact information. John assisted me in identifying the issue and gave me the information needed to fix it myself. Very helpful and prompt. I couldn't be more pleased with John's support and technical knowledge. this level of customer service (for a product that he didn't even sell me!) is unmatched in this day and age.
