I attempt to answer all emails, thoroughly, though I do not always do so on the same day they are received.  I occasionally get an email that I read on my iPad, but I mark it for response when I am on my business PC.  My iPad does not have access to my accounting  or shipping systems, and many answers can require many paragraphs, hence waiting until I am on my PC.

We no longer answer phone calls and we do not always respond to voice mail messages (the recorded message asks you not to leave voicemails).
