I have recently purchased both a 22 wick canning stove, and a Butterfly oven. Both were well packed, and shipped in a timely manner. All questions I had were answered very quickly, and done so in a pleasant, and personable manner. All in all, I am very happy with the products I purchased, and the service was top notch.
