Well my Crystal Drop water tank that was bought from St Paul worked great for the first year. Love the Ceramic Filters. Water tastes great. Unfortunately in the top tank rust started to form on the top lid and the top part of the upper tank. Took a little while to become noticeable ... figured the filters would keep it from the lower tank and they did. Really worried that I had done something wrong with the tanks. Decided the rust had gotten to a point so went to the St Paul site to look at replacement tanks. Wow saw new tanks had been listed by John on the page and the new tanks were more resistant to rust. WOW called John immediately and told him why and immediately he told me my tanks were out of warranty but he would do me half price. Ordered the replacement while on the phone with John and had the new replacement in a week. Awesome working with John he is the best.
