Shipping and Product Returns

We generally ship within one business day of your order. When your order ships, we will send you an email with any available tracking number to the email address you provide.

We do our best to package our shipments so they will arrive in good condition. If you receive a package that shows damage to the outside of the box, please inspect it immediately and if it is damaged, ask UPS or the Post Office to return it to sender.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us via the online contact form and tell us your name, phone number, what you ordered and what you received. We will then rectify the situation at no cost to you.

If you want to return an unused item, please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then write the number on the outside of the package and mail it to St. Paul Mercantile, 494 Dixon Road, Friendsville, MD 21531. We will either exchange it for another item, or refund your payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you purchase and use an item, we cannot resell it as new. We may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of what you paid for the item.

We have been in business on the Internet since 1998 and we enjoy an excellent reputation for being fair and offering great customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchases from us and we will do everything we reasonably can to meet your expectations.
