This budget-priced filter stand will raise your water filter 4 inches off the countertop.  The ring measures 6.75 inches in diameter.  Each of the three legs sticks out an additional 2 inches from the circle, so the total counterspace required is a 10.75 inch circle.  For tighter spaces, the legs can be turned to point inward.

Do not purchase this stand for filters that hold 2 or more gallons.  This is only for the extra small and small filter bodies.
